Key responsibilities:
Lead the team in managing strategic planning and creative relating to all communication disciplines in an integrated fashion, being a central voice with partner agencies
Driving and contributing towards the long-term business strategy of the agency on specific client portfolio
Set key account plan for the portfolio and actively drive this as added value to the client
Develop and maintain harmonious working relationships both internally and with the client
Growth of revenue and the ability to unearth new revenue streams
Management of monthly retainer hours
Lead the resolution of issues from day-to-day to big picture challenges
Ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations to a large audience
Manage, guide and support an Account Manager on the portfolio

A strong personality to manage the client, agency partners, internal partners, and the brand’s bigger picture
Experience running of the largest FMCG accounts
A strategic thinker, ensuring integration

Operationally strong and has the ability at a senior level to run projects and oversee projects end to end.
