The masses frown at Gov. Ayade in his previous statement concerning his cancellation of the Africa’s largest street party known as Carnival Calabar or Calabar Festival, but the amiable Governor puts his doubters in array when they started the Dry Run proper and now the decoration of the streets including the mouting of the Governor’s stand, Street toilets, placements of banners by MultiChoice DSTV/GOtv and co.
It’s really gonna be a boom this season as the Governor is bringing in the Brazilian Band and other bands outside Nigeria including top celebrities like Rihanna and the likes.
