The Managing Director of Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC), Hon. Chike Emmanuel Anyaonu, has described governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s four years administration as enormousimmensegigantic.
He said the four-years achievements in all sectors of human existence has never been witnessed since the creation of Anambra 34 years ago.
Anyaonu, rain the praises in a media chat with Journalists at his office located along the Enugu-Awka-Onitsha expressway in Awka, over the weekend.

According to him, since the creation of Anambra State, 34 years ago, it’s only in this government of governor Soludo, the citizens can perceived all round transformation.
“Today, in Anambra State, education is declared free for primary/secondary schools, recruitment of over 8,000 teachers, free antenatal for pregnant women, recruitment of over 400 health workers, free enrollment of hundreds of people into the state health insurance scheme, training of thousands of youths in various skills through the ongoing state government’s “One youth, two skills acquisition programme, massive roads construction/rehabilitation across the 179 communities that constitute the state, among other unremembered achievements recorded within three years and 11 months in office.
“I can beat my chest, to tell you Journalists that the Corporation under my watch through the full support of our working governor, we have settled 95 percent of challenges we inherited from the previous administration, such as paying off the debt the corporation was owing the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), arrears of workers and settlement of 10 out of 40 cases of land disputes and other litigations related to housing.
“As it stands today, the state through the Anambra State Housing Corporation is not owing anybody any dim, anywhere.
“As we interact, the governor has mapped out plan for the construction of massive housing units for the state civil/public servants for comfortability via FMBN partnership. The governor is thinking in terms of livability and not just homes but where you can stay network, play and enjoyed.
“Gov Soludo has also laid the foundation of Africa-Dubai-Taiwan agenda in the state, as promised during his electioneering campaign to meet up his 2070 vision of making Anambra a destination hub of Nigeria.
So, the four years achievements of governor Soludo is humongous, it is tremendous massive beyond any breathing human imagination.
“I prayerfully wish him more God’s wisdom in his second term administration to enable him fulfilled the promised he has made to Ndi-Anambra,” the ASHDC boss concluded.
