In a glowing tribute that has resonated across political and social circles, the Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Asset Management and Recovery, Barr. Gilbert Agbor, has celebrated the Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Area, Hon. In a statement issued in Calabar on Sunday, Barr.
