In a press release of yesterday signed by the Chief Press Secretary and Special Assistant on Media to the Governor, Mr. Christian Ita, the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade, will be inaugurating the State Green Police today 26 May 2016 at the U.J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar by 10am.
In another statement by one of the media aides to the Governor, Emmanuel Ulayi, His Excellency the governor will be represented by the Deputy Governor, Ivara Ejemot Esu, at the inauguration ceremony.
Every invitee ranging from members of the National Assembly, state Executive Council, traditional rulers, etc are expected to be seated by 9.00am.
