Governor Benedict Ayade is on stronghold of keeping his promise as the Calabar Garment factory is ready to start work.
His promise of the Calabar Garment factory to be commissioned by April and commenced work on or before September/October is coming to pass as every necessary thing has been put in place according to the Governor.
