Genesis X early results, stream ft. Cody Schwab, Sonix, Sparg0, Tweek, MkLeo, Zain, Leffen, Mango, Glutonny, Miya, Jmook, Ken, Light, aMSa and more

Genesis is back and bigger than ever with its tenth installment, hence the title Genesis X, and it’s taking place in San Jose, California, U.S.A.

Just a small sample of the notable entrants include Cody Schwab, LG|Sonix, FaZe|Sparg0, LG|Tweek, LG|MkLeo, MxM|Zain, TSM|Leffen, C9|Mango, Solary|Glutonny, Fennel|Miya, FLY|Jmook, SBI|Ken, MxM|Light, VGBC|aMSa, Liquid|Hungrybox, RC|Shuton, Liquid|Riddles, Liquid|Dabuz, MxM|Moky, Wizzrobe, Aklo, Zeta|Tea, Zomba, Salt, FLY|KoDoRiN, Trif, Spark, S2J, MxM|Joshman, Yaura, Asimo and MuteAce — but this doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of all the talent present at the event.

Almost 4,800 players have traveled to participate in Genesis X, an absolutely staggering amount for any event. The two main titles bringing so many people in are of course Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate which both sit at over 1,500 entrants each.

Street Fighter 6 and Rivals of Aether both sit at over 200 participants while Guilty Gear Strive, Tekken 8 and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 all have over 100 people signed up.

The tournament events for Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising and Under Night In-Birth 2: Sys[celes] will also be streamed. There will also be Doubles events for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Rivals of Aether and Super Smash Bros. 64, as well as many more events which may not make it to stream.

Streaming is being done at Genesis GG, Genesis GG 2, Genesis GG 3, Genesis GG 4, Rivals of Aether, Team Spooky, Tampa Never Sleeps, Genesis GG 5 and Genesis GG 6.
