The candidate will oversee three functions. They will be directly responsible for one of the functions while supervising Associates who will handle the other two aspects. Here are the three functions:

Investment Cycle Management
Update Investment Management (IM) records from Fund Admin dashboards:
Investment bookings, showing member investments  
Payment transactions, showing bank and payment platform transactions
Liquidations, showing member requests for liquidation
Payouts, stating deductions for reinvestments                                                                                                                                                                                 
Create monthly payout forecasts
Update investment returns on client dashboards and reports
Cross-check all wallet balances to confirm congruence 
Check for reversals
Perform dashboard audits
Implement investment allocation instructions
Update investment records
Member Management
Respond to all Investment Management (IM) inquiries and requests from clients 
Respond to IM Emails, WhatsApp and Telegram enquiries (daily)
Liaise with clients for all liquidations and refund requests 
Validate KYC documents
Send Source-of-Funds requests to clients 
Prepare client statements and reports 
Escalate investment records disparities
Script and send payout notification emails and announcements
Develop monthly IM performance notice
Fund Admin Support
Provide support for records and documentation 
Update IM calendars 
Prepare IM sales reports
Prepare other IM reports, as needed

Strong management skills.

Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience and Qualifications

A university degree in a related field or equivalent certification.
7+ years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing investment records.
