Job Description
Keep the front office tidy and presentable with all necessary materials, stationeries etc.
Welcome clients, answer enquiries and address complaints
Manage switchboard: Answer all incoming calls and reroute them or take messages
Liaisons: Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
Handle outgoing deliveries by securing parcels, coordinating dispatch/ delivery etc.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated visitor records and files
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
