Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and board room
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Maintain a high level of customer and visitor satisfaction, by providing excellent customer service and ensuring visitors feel welcome and comfortable.
Answer calls promptly, transfer calls accurately, and take messages efficiently.
Complete tasks accurately and on time.
Maintain a professional attitude at all times, and communicate clearly and effectively with visitors and staff members.


Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT or Telecommunication company
Great personality with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Commanding personality to handle stressful situations with ease
Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills Required:

We need a female Front Desk Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT or Telecommunication company.
The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent communication skills, a commanding personality, and computer proficiency.

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
