From ‘Chunk’ to hunk! Jamie O’Hara reveals ripped physique in stunning body transformation and sparring video ahead of former Tottenham star’s boxing match

talkSPORT’s Jamie O’Hara looks a new man as he’s undergone a stunning body transformation ahead of his charity boxing match on April 2.

O’Hara, who’s somewhat affectionately known as ‘Chunk’ by some at talkSPORT towers, now boasts a hunky, ripped physique as he prepares to do battle with fitness instructor friend Kris Boyson.

However, O’Hara’s ability to dodge punches is in need of improvement judging by a sparring video uploaded on his Instagram story.

Up against a mystery sparring partner – O’Hara said he didn’t know who the man walloping him in the head was – the former Tottenham player is struggling to duck away from his foe’s swings.

“I’m too slow moving out of the way,” O’Hara said on talkSPORT Breakfast.

“I can see them coming from yesterday but am taking them straight on the chin.

“I honestly don’t know what I’ve let myself in for!”

“I’m fine, I’m boxing well, I’ll be ready. I’ve got six weeks until the fight, get my hands up…” O’Hara added.

Breakfast crew Alan Brazil, Gabby Agbonlahor and Shay Given had a field day with O’Hara as they unpicked his sparring prowess.

O’Hara then fired back at Agbonlahor, insisting the former Aston Villa man refused a talkSPORT unification bout with him.

“You’re meant to be fighting!” O’Hara told Agbonlahor.

“I actually offered money to fight Gabby Agbonlahor but he absolutely bottled it! He’s too busy going on holiday in Jamaica, he’s 107 kilos now!”

O’Hara vs Boyson is on the Martyn Ford vs Iranian Hulk (Sajad Gharibi) undercard which will also see former Manchester United star Patrice Evra make his boxing debut.
