To save you the hassle of going through it all, we decided to compile the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix patch notes for you all here. So with that, let’s begin!
Fortnite Chapter 2 Map Makes a Comeback
One of the biggest changes coming to the game is the Fortnite Chapter 2 map officially coming back to give players a taste of nostalgia. The map of course has all the classic locations including Slurry Swamp, Weeping Woods, Retail Row, and the Rig. However, as always, do expect new POI locations to be added to the game soon!
Fortnite Reload Desert Drop Map and Solos Mode
While the Fortnite OG map is coming back, the Fortnite Reload Desert Drop is coming with all-new Solo Unranked and Ranked modes. This desert-themed map will have new takes on familiar spots like Paradise Palms, Shifty Shafts, and more. The Reload map will rotate every 30 minutes between Oasis and the original Venture map so plan your plays accordingly!
Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Ice Spice, and Juice Wrld
As is always with Fortnite NPCs, the Season 2 Remix is bringing a host of new appearances including the ever-loved Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice, Eminem, and Juice Wrld. Besides the new free skins, the Season 2 Remix will bring new events and locations each week depending on the character. The planned schedule is as follows:
- Week 1 (Nov 2): The Agency compound is The Doggpound with Snoop Dogg at its head.
- Week 2 (Nov 7): Eminem brings Mom’s Spaghetti to the Grotto Cave
- Week 3 (Nov 14): Ice Spice turns Shark Island into Ice Isle.
- Week 4 (Nov 21): The final week will have a new WRLD Point landmark.
As expected, the above events will come with their own vibes that you will love to explore.
Season 2 Remix Battle Pass
The Fortnite Season 2 Remix also brings with it a Battle Pass that has over 70 different items. While a bit smaller this time around, the new BP is still quite fun with all its new Battle Pass skins. The Remix Pass should take about 4 weeks to complete and costs 950 V-Bucks.
