Financial Planning & Analyst
Responsibilities:
Execution Powerhouse:
- Drive action and performance improvements.
- Take ownership of objectives with confidence.
- Apply analysis and new techniques rapidly.
- Manage overheads and investments.
- Communicate and influence effectively across functions.
Business Intelligence:
- Develop robust sales and market performance reporting.
- Extract and communicate valuable data insights to senior management.
- Handle data management and automation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Report to the Global Finance Business Partner.
- Collaborate with various teams including Operating Centre, Tax & Treasury, and financial leadership.
- Lead processes for brand and marketing investments.
- Monitor category investment decisions.
- Champion forecast accuracy.
- Support local business growth and adherence to financial policies.
Qualification and Experience:
- Completed BCom Degree
- 3 – 5 years commercial experience
- Must come from the FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail industry
