Requirements:
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Financial Assistant, or similar role will be an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties:
Schedule and confirm client appointments.
Prepare and send client communications, such as emails, newsletters, and follow-up correspondence.
Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate financial advisor as needed.
Maintain and update client records and contact information.
Prepare and process new account applications and other financial documents.
Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping.
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.
