Tekken 8 was released over a month ago. As such, players have been getting a feel for which characters are the strongest.
Fergus2k8 has recently released a new tier list for Tekken 8. All 32 characters have been divided up into one of five categories.
According to Fergus2k8, the top 5 characters in the game right now are King, Devil Jin, Ling Xiaoyu, Feng, and Dragunov. This seems to line up with the perceptions of other notable Tekken players.
The characters said to be top 10 (but not top 5) are Jun Kazama, Azucena, Alisa, Reina, and Nina Williams. These are also generally perceived to be strong characters, though it’s worth mentioning that Jun typically has ranked higher on other tier lists that we’ve seen so far.
Kuma, Panda, Leroy Smith, Zafina, and Steve are said to be the absolute weakest in the game right now. As such, they occupy the bottom tier group and have been labeled as “bottom 5.”
