MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
Agricultural background (cattle) essential
Must have good stockmanship
Computer literate
Strong management and communication skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with and motivate a team
Maintenance orientated
Valid driver’s license
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
All aspects relating to feedlot operations including overseeing personnel, cattle handling, must have good stockmanship, critical on performance, housekeeping etc.
Strong experience working with cattle.
