Feed your minds with positivity, love, peace in 2026- Soludo’s Wife urges Nigerians

The Wife of Anambra State Governor, Mrs Nonye Soludo, has urged Nigerians irrespective of the present socio-economic challenges in the country to feed their minds with positivity, love, peace contentment and consistency.

She said the virtues are essential for good health and a clearer sense to human existence.

Mrs Soludo, founder of Healthy Living initiative, made the assertion in a message to commemorate the International Mind-Body Wellness Day, marked every Jan. 3.

The Paradise learnt that the international Mind-Body Wellness Day is celebrated to  bring awareness to how a healthy mind produces a healthy body and vice versa.

Speaking further on the day, Mrs Soludo said that true self-development is unattainable when the mind and body are not in harmony.

“Mind and body wellness largely determines how far individuals can go and how well they can succeed in their healthy living journey.

“I urge Nigerians to be intentional about building a mindset that aligns with their physical wellbeing, especially as they pursue self-improvement goals in the New Year.

“Feed your minds with positivity, love, peace, contentment and consistency. These virtues as essential for good health and a clearer sense of purpose,”she said.

The governor’s wife called on Nigerians to adopt a balanced approach to healthy living by nurturing both the mind and the body.

According to her, the two are inseparable and must work in harmony for individuals to attain optimal health and fulfilment.

She further urged Nigerians to use the occasion of the International Mind Body Wellness Day to reflect on their lifestyle choices and recommit to holistic wellbeing.
