Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Feature Teams to define and refine features that align with business goals.
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to identify, document, and prioritise feature requirements.
Break down epics into features and support the creation of user stories to feed into delivery teams.
Ensure traceability of features across the product lifecycle.
Support backlog grooming and participate in sprint planning sessions.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Identify and mitigate feature-level risks and dependencies.
Support testing efforts by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as a Feature Analyst
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Feature Team structures.
Proven experience in financial services or banking environments.
Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working model.
Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and systems thinking.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
