To control the F&B COS, with full understanding of how we achieved the result in both the physical manner & in a report format.
Diploma in Bookkeeping or Hospitality or any related field
Must have practical experience in stock counts & stock control.
Perform daily,10 day (about 1 and a half weeks) & Monthly stock counts.
Produce Daily, 10 day & Monthly cost reports & Analyse stock variances.
Perform Recipe costing.
Perform GL reconciliation of Food & Beverage Stock.
