The first season of Street Fighter 6 is nearing its conclusion. Around the time of Akuma’s release, we’re expecting the Season 2 patch notes to also drop.
To conclude this era of Street Fighter 6, FatalityFalcon — a notable Captain Falcon player within the Super Smash Bros. community — has released his first tier list for Street Fighter 6. Though FatalityFalcon is more known for his accomplishments within the Smash scene, his tier list for Street Fighter 6 seems to be fairly consistent with top player opinions about the meta’s current standing.
Luke, Cammy, Dee Jay, Chun-Li, and Guile are said to be the S tier characters in the game right now. Notably, JP and Ken are said to be in a tier below.
As it turns out, the latest set of nerfs have had more of an impact on Ken and JP than they did against Luke, who is generally considering to be the best character overall. We’ll have to see if Luke is able to remain on top with the upcoming Season 2 changes.
E. Honda is said to be the worst character as he’s the only one in D tier. Of course, Lily, Zangief, Manon, and Jamie aren’t faring much better considering their placements in C tier.
