MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualified diesel mechanic and or trade test certificates
Extensive repair and maintenance knowledge of farm equipment, irrigation pumps, irrigation systems, and building maintenance.
Proven experience in maintaining the following
General maintenance
Electrical
Welding & lathe
Pumps
Servicing of tractors
Proven experience to manage all maintenance activities which includes typically the following: planning, Job Cards, time management, maintenance personnel management, client liaison, supply support of maintenance materials and other.
Previous experience with fabrication, design, repairs and maintenance of the factory
Computer literate
Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driver’s license
