Factory Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the factory operations, ensuring efficient production processes
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, technicians, and production staff
- Monitor production metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the factory
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role
- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Computer literate
