Responsibilities but not limited to
Issuing work instructions, monitoring work to ensure safety procedures are being observed.
Organizing daily tool box meetings, executing and supervising all tenants' service requests, and preparing weekly reports of activities.
Requirements
A degree in real estate, engineering, or construction, along with at least one year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent customer service skills, organizational ability, attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
