Job Description
The Role of the Trainer encompasses many activities including (but not limited to):
Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
Produce technical training and facilitator.
Determine course content according to objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
8 years’ experience in Training and Change Management, 5 of which must be in ICT systems.
Degree (NQF level 7) in Computer sciences, or informatics, or engineering or business degree.
Certification in End User Training.
