Fabrizio Romano is one of the most reliable sources of information in the world of football.
Now, the Italian journalist, who usually specialises in transfer news, has unveiled some feelings of the Manchester United coaches.
Despite a series of poor performances from United which has left them in 14th place in the Premier League and 21st in the Europa League, there is one star that the coaches appear to be pleased with.
Although United have struggled to score in the Premier League so far, with only five goals in seven games, however, there is one stat that the club is currently leading.
Despite having eight goals scored against them, United, or more specifically, Andre Onana, is currently joint leader for most clean sheets with four in seven games.

Onana is currently sharing the top spot with Liverpool goalkeeper, Alisson, however, with the Brazilian coming off injured against Crystal Palace, it could open the door for Onana to take the lead going forward.
Fabrizio Romano comments on United’s praise for Onana
Taking to X, Fabrizio Romano has commented that the United coaching staff are “very happy” with Onana’s development during his second season at Old Trafford.
The 28-year-old joined United in 2023 from Inter Milan for £42.2 million (€50.2 million) and has since kept 17 clean sheets across 61 games with an average of 1.6 goals conceded per game.
Onana managed to claim his fourth clean sheet of the season against Aston Villa this weekend, taking him to joint first with Alisson.
Although United have struggled to get results this season, Onana has been superb with incredible performances against Fulham, Southampton, Crystal Palace and Villa.
Despite losing 3-0 to both Liverpool and Tottenham, the results could have been much worse were it not for some brilliant saves from the Cameroon international.
Although United’s current run of form isn’t promising for the rest of the season, Onana could be the saving grace in all of this, showing why he was signed.
In negative start of the season, André Onana has been one of the best players for Manchester United as he’s completed most clean sheets in Premier League with 4 so far.
