The January transfer window could go one of two ways for Manchester United, extremely quiet or incredibly busy.
The Red Devils are looking to completely remodel their squad to reboot the club under Ruben Amorim following a run of poor results.
As such several key targets have been identified to strengthen all areas of the pitch, with a real focus on the left-wing-back role which is currently a void at the club.
However, United have no transfer budget going into the transfer window, meaning their entire business in the market this winter relies on sales.
The club are open to offers on over half of their squad, only looking to retain a handful of their starting eleven.
Players like Kobbie Mainoo and Amad Diallo have made the “safe” list, whilst newbies Noussair Mazraoui, Leny Yoro and Matthijs de Ligt also look to stay at Old Trafford.
However, Fabrizio Romano has now announced there are three players in particular who are real potentials to leave the club in January, kick-starting the cashflow.

Fabrizio Romano names potential departing trio from Old Trafford
In a post on X, Fabrizio Romano named Christian Eriksen, Victor Lindelof and Casemiro as a trio of potential departures.
This comes only a day after the Saudi Investment Fund are reported to be prioritising a move for Casemiro, reuniting him with Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr.
However, they may not be the first departure, with Real Madrid desperate to sign a right-back, looking to Diogo Dalot.
The Spanish giants are reportedly looking at a £50 million offer for Dalot, with these four potential sales helping to get Amorim the funds he desperately needs to form his ideal squad.
Not only Eriksen and Lindelof. Casemiro could also leave Manchester United in January or summer window.
