Description:
The Executive Personal Assistant / Office Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and manage the daily operations of our head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks while maintaining utmost discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field advantageous
Minimum of 5 Years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting to executive team specifically CEO
Experience in property leases and legal documents/ contracts
Exposure to collections – property
Experience is Shareholders and Trustees – Crucial
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken
