We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant-Project (Architect) in the real estate and construction industry.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architect in project management, along with relevant educational qualifications in the field.

Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, design development, and construction coordination.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Monitor project quality standards, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress and quality control.
Coordinate with stakeholders to address project issues and facilitate effective communication.
Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Provide technical support and expertise on architectural design and construction methods.
Assist in the evaluation of project proposals, bids, and contractor selection processes.
Support the project team in achieving project objectives and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architect with a focus on project management.
Proficiency in architectural design software and project management tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
