Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the absence of the business owner, providing executive-level support, and managing various administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Overseeing operations and coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth business functions.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents in PowerPoint and Excel. - Organizing and coordinating travel arrangements for business trips.
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and other employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely follow-up on various ongoing business operations and projects.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with presentations, proposals, and other documents related to business development.
- Traveling occasionally as required by the role to support business operations.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create professional and engaging presentations.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or health sector operations (preferred).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel as needed to support the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferred fields: Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
- A background in pharmacy or experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Candidates must be based in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Must be open to occasional travel as required for the role.
