Provides strategic support to the Chairman
Provide executive-level administrative, and project management support while serving as a key liaison between the Chairman and stakeholders
Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports
Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries
Ensure smooth communication between the Executive and internal and external contacts
Work on and manage special projects, and plan events as directed, ensuring that the Executive’s directives are meticulously followed
Perform any other task that may be assigned by the Chairman

Requirements

5+ years of experience in EA role, out of which 3 years should be with organization top executive
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Strong project and people management experience
B.Sc. in any relevant field
