This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Gracias Global.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and executive support to the company's management team.
They will assist in the preparation of expense reports, scheduling meetings, and handling communication with clients and vendors.
This role is located in Lagos, Nigeria.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with expense reports and executive support
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
