On Friday 1st July the The Police Service Commission approved the retirement of top brass police officers of the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police. There were 21 of them inclusive of Etung-born Mbu Joseph Mbu.
Last week, 9 July he was given a ceremonial exit parade. It was a grand style exit for the police officer reputed by some to be courageous and disciplined.
