Ex-San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance has sold his Morgan Hill mansion for $2.7 million. That is just below the original listing price of $2,888,888 million.
The former first round pick listed the property after he was traded to the Dallas Cowboys prior to the beginning of the season.
The 4,133-square-foot two-story home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It features an open floor plan with soaring ceilings, a modern kitchen with a walk-in pantry, and a solar panel system, among other amenities.
Outdoor offerings include a pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, pergola and putting green.
Lance purchased the home in 2022 for $2.95 million, according to public records. Marquise Murphy with Mpire Luxe Real Estate was the original listing agent.
Lance was chosen third overall in the 2021 draft, but injuries have curtailed his time on the field. He is now listed as the third-string quarterback for the Cowboys, whose season ended last week with a loss in the NFL Wild Card round to the Green Bay Packers.
