Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to spearhead sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships for our high-profile events. 
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills to identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships that align with our brand’s vision. 
  • The ideal candidate will build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Acquisition & Management:

  • Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors and partners that align with our event goals.
  • Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to brand objectives.
  • Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals, ensuring mutual value for both parties.
  • Manage sponsorship deliverables and ensure all agreements are fulfilled before, during, and after events.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate brands, media partners, and industry leaders.
  • Develop creative partnership opportunities that drive value for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, content) to enhance partner visibility and engagement.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Work closely with all teams to integrate sponsors into event experiences.
  • Ensure smooth execution of sponsorship activations, brand placements, and deliverables.
  • Oversee on-site partner engagements and networking opportunities.
  • Evaluate sponsorship impact and generate post-event reports for sponsors.

Revenue & Business Growth:

  • Develop revenue strategies to maximize sponsorship income.
  • Create new sponsorship packages tailored to different brands and budgets.
  • Analyze competitor sponsorship models and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sponsorship agreements, budgets, and revenue projections.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of securing sponsorships and managing brand collaborations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create persuasive pitch decks and sponsorship proposals.
  • Understanding of event marketing, audience engagement, and brand activations.
  • Experience working in media, entertainment, or event industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple projects.
