Investors in the Nigerian equities market endured topsy-turvy trading sessions last week and lost N118 billion in the process.
This followed the crash in the equity capitalization from N59.03 trillion to N58.92 trillion at the close of the week.
The bourse recorded gains in three of the five trading sessions last week but still ended up with a deficit of N118.22 billion.
The bourse depreciated by 0.20% to close the week at 97,236.19 from 98,070.28 points recorded the previous week.
Despite the lull, there were still strong performances from stocks like Eunisell Interlinked Plc, John Holt Plc, Conoil and others making them stocks to watch in the new week.
