The Enterprise Manager will be responsible for the planning and operations of enterprise-level projects and initiatives.
This position will be responsible for relating with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments to achieve enterprise-wide goals.
The Enterprise Manager will be responsible for assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered within the scope, schedule, and budget.
This position will report to the executive leadership team and will work closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise-level project plans and strategies
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Relate with cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment of goals
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay within scope, schedule, and budget
Assess and mitigate risks associated with enterprise projects
Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making
Manage and mentor team members
Communicate project updates to executive leadership team and other stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Competencies
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
At least 5 years relevant work experience.
Proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects and initiatives
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication good presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Above average intelligence, high aptitude and a willingness to adapt to new fields
Analytical thinking
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
