Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 and N3 to N6 or S4 in Electrical or Equivalent
The previous working experience in field of Electrical will be advantageous
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade
Knowledge of Electrical Principles.
Ability to do minor electrical repairs
Physically and medically fit
Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedures
Drivers License will be advantageous
Primary Duties
Carrying of hand tools.
To clean up motor control circuits (MCC) and work areas when job is completed.
Electric motor testing and cable joint.
Gathering and running materials for the job
Assist with storage, lifting, fetching supplies, unload and check deliveries and undertaking tasks to assisting electrician generally.
Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
Conduct plants and Pump Station electrical inspections and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Assist on ensuring that health and safety adhere to it.
