Records are set, records are broken and this time, it’s young scholar, Egbe Agala Eja, who has broken and at the same time set a new at the 29-year-old University of Calabar (UNICAL).
Agala becomes the new record holder as the best graduating student of UNICAL after graduating with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.84, in Histopathology, Department of Medical Laboratory Science (MLS).
While still celebration his success, the varsity has offered Agala an automatic employment on completion of his Internship Programme and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
The young scholar on his remark urge the the department and institution at large to provide modern laboratory apparatus, equipment and environment in order to enhance advanced analytical procedures like Auto-radiography and Molecular Biology.
