Mr Akuku Achilles, Special Adviser on Agricultural Projects, Cross River State received by the Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture Ntufam Okon Owona, has expressed readiness to synergize with all stakeholders in the industry to deliver on core mandate of his office.
In a familiarization visit to the Commissioner, accompanied by the Special Adviser Rice Projects Mrs Ezama, the State Chairman of Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria (RIFAN), Mr John Ntaji and his deputy, the Chairman of Farmers Council Mr. Owen Oyama
The Honourable Commissioner welcomed the team and assured them of the needed support.
In reaction, the Special Adviser Agricultural Projects Mr Akuku Achilles thanked the Commissioner for believing in the governor’s policies and programs and also assured him of total cooperation to see this administration guarantee a result oriented satisfaction.
He added “gone are those days we have redundancy in ministries for those days are over as we shall make sure every civil servant under the ministry of Agric must be up and doing till close of work hours”.
“And that they must learn to put in their required best since they aren’t staying in office the whole day”.
