Fighting game mods open the door for fans to create something really cool with their own hands, but some decide to go in the direction of absurdity that can end up being even more entertaining.
We recently stumbled across an absolutely cursed mod for The King of Fighters 15 that turns Ryuji Yamazaki into a maid that cooks harder than it has any right to.
The mod was put together by Vislual but was actually based on an equally cursed piece of fan art from Nyatto over two years ago.
Yamazaki in cute pink bows, thigh-high socks and a maid apron is so not him, but he’s also crazy enough that you also can’t put it past him to mess with everyone more.

There’s just something about it that tickles the brain with its absolute absurdity and makes me laugh more than it should when seeing him in motion.
A maid outfit may arguably look better on fighters like Kyo, Iori and Shun’ei as far as the KOF guys go, but Yamazaki pulls it off in a way I’m not sure anyone else can.
