Domestic violence must be stopped. In our today's world, many have died as a result of domestic violence especially in marriages. Why kill a man's child because of marriage? Why molest, harass, intimidate, beat, and inflict injuries on your spouse which in most cases results to death? Why?
It is senseless that in this era people are still killed in their marriage as a result of violence. Many women are dying in silence due to being married. My advice is that, if a man beats up his wife or a woman inflicts severe injuries on her husband, the spouse should leave that marriage before he/she is killed.
Spouses who beat up their partners resulting to death should face the full wrath of the law. You kill another man's child do you think he/she is a slave to you? Do you not know your spouse has loved ones who cherish them if you do not love them.
It is the height of primitivity to beat up your wife to death. If you do not love her, it is simple, file a divorce suit. Rather than killing her. What has our society turned into? Are we breeding barbarians in marriages or husbands and wives? Are we getting into marriages to terminate the lives of persons who should add value to the society?
The law and relevant agencies of government should be strengthened to fight the war against domestic violence. Never again must we loose members of the society as a result of domestic violence.
How can an individual infringe into the fundamental human rights of an individual of the right to live? It is only in Nigeria that I see people killing their partners without going for it. No! There has to be a legal framework where these blood thirsty individual would be tried and prosecuted accordingly.
I read the recent Lagos killing with utter shock and disbelieve where a man killed his own wife. Why can't he take the matter to a competent court for a divorce? Instead of killing her. Causing pain on her family, children, loved ones, friends and associates.
Domestic violence is something that has eaten deeply into the fabrics of the Nigeria people. The strong molest their spouses. For a partner to be brutal to his spouse is an act of violence. It shows there is no love in that union. It shows the insensitivity, timidity, mindlessness, heartlessness, and lack of conscience for mankind.
Domestic violence must be stopped. The government, Non-governmental organizations(NGOs) groups and members of the public must rise up against this injustice to fellow human. It must be condemned and lampooned by all and sundry. We report every form of domestic violence to the relevant authorities. If you suspect domestic violence taking place in your environment it is your responsibility to whistle blow to the authorities in order to further molestation which can lead to sudden death.
Domestic Violence Is An Act Of Wickedness!
