Distribution Manager at Ferrero

About the Role:

To manage distributor who serves the certain channels.

Main Responsibilities:

Building competencies with the distributor to achieve product freshness, distribution, consumer price, visibility and display objectives in all market segments as agreed between the Distributor and FTL management.
Achieve numeric and weighted distribution targets by SKU.
Prepare weekly monthly reports based on KPI’s.
Ensure the right stock levels to manage forecast.
To maintain and improve relationship between local distributor Ferrero sales and marketing departments.
Identification of market opportunity, establish and roll out revenue generating marketing campaigns to distributors.
Verify the attainment of sales goals and profitability with distributor sales partners.
Develop and solidify business relationships at the national and regional levels as appropriate to ensure Ferrero products are vital to customer business and revenue generating plans.
Implement programs with distributors to maximize effectiveness of the allocation of resources.
Provide revenue reports to business as required.

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree in commercial related field or Diploma
8 years experience in FMCG sector
Sales experience in managerial roles (managing teams)
Distributor management is a must have
Solid understanding of sales methods/technique
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability to make the correct decisions
Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
Proficient with Microsoft office
Good oral and written skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical
Results-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of self and team
Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback.
