This role encompasses overseeing inbound, outbound & logistics, maintaining real-time stock monitoring, generating purchase orders, and collaborating with sales teams to map territories. The DMS Operator ensures the seamless flow of products, enhances supply chain performance, and supports Trade Depot’s mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Inbound and Outbound Management System vs. Actual

  • Purchase Order (PO) Management
  • Territory Mapping for Sales Representatives
  • Stock Monitoring
  • Flag Reorder Levels

Secondary Responsibilities: 

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity throughout the distribution process.
  • Continuously track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to
  • distribution operations, such as delivery efficiency, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
  • Uphold compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices within the distribution network.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in distribution and logistics, ideally within the fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in utilising distribution management systems (DMS), software, and other supply chain tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
