To Operate Fermentation/Distillation/Effluent Treatment Plant of the Distillery.
To lead the entire team of Operators and guide them in operating the entire Distillery Process efficiently as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
To do the trouble shooting time-to-time for any process parameters going out of range.
To guide the team for achieving Standard Recoveries from Molasses/other base raw materials to ENA and run the Distillation plant at standard Distillation efficiency.
To guide the Operators of Effluent Treatment Plant for maintaining the parameters of each segment of ETP namely Bio-Digester and Aeration System and achieve the requisite BOD/COD Levels in the treated Effluent.
Job Requirements & Person Specifications
Bachelors degree in Alcohol Technology, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
10 + years of experience of working in the distillery sector from various base raw materials of Rice/Molasses/Corn/Cassava/Crude etc.
Should also have basic know-how of distillery equipment maintenance.
Excellent presentation and communication (written & verbal) skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
