We are searching for dispatch rider whose job solely is to deliver items to customers by verifying orders, inventorying stock, arranging transportation.
The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor delivery, sending and collecting of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items when needed.
Job Description
Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status, and answering questions.
Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
Ensuring that assigned motorcycle is used for authorized assignments and is in good working condition.
Ensuring the company's products are easily accessible in various locations daily.
Assist in easy dissemination of parcel within and outside to the company's vendors or providers.
Assist in relating to the company's other retail outlets.
