As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be the effective implementation and support of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including eCRM, social media (Facebook, Instagram) and our website/s. This role is pivotal in supporting digital channel managers through administrative tasks like invoicing, raising purchase orders, and creating tickets for campaign changes or implementations. You’ll also oversee the paid media and SEO operations within our broader marketing ecosystem and manage agency relationships for our Reduced-Risk Product (RRP) portfolio, ensuring the seamless execution of digital campaigns.

Your ‘day to day’

  •  Align digital marketing campaigns with other departments, such as Brand Retail and Trade Marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy
  •  Manage the media buying processes and expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on expenditures
  •  Stay informed on market and industry trends, reporting on key metrics, deliverables, and timelines
  •  Demonstrate understanding and experience with eCRM systems
  •  Work with the Customer Service and Community (CSC) team to grow, build, and manage our online community through social media channels
  •  Collaborate closely with the analytics team to ensure we are measuring campaign effectiveness, focusing on optimizing ROI for paid media and feed these reports back into the channel managers
  •  Generate regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and marketing metrics.
  • Who we’re looking for
  •  7+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on campaign management and support
  •  2-3 years of specialist experience working within digital platforms such as eCRM or website management
  •  Proven experience in managing websites and collaborating with development teams
  •  Proficient in social media management and marketing, with a track record of growing and engaging online communities
  •  An understanding of digital media across various channels, budget management, and financial reporting
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  •  Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
