Digital Marketing Executive




Job Summary

Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a company’s online marketing strategies across various digital channels like social media, search engines, email, and websites, with the goal of driving brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving business objectives through targeted digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, including audience segmentation, campaign objectives, and budget allocation.

Campaign Execution:

  • Managing the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels like social media advertising, SEO optimization, content marketing, email marketing, and paid search.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement) to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.

Content Creation:

  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality content (blog posts, videos, infographics) that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.

Social Media Management:

  • Developing and managing social media presence across platforms, engaging with followers, and creating compelling content to increase brand visibility.

SEO Optimization:

  • Implementing strategies to improve website search engine ranking through keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.

Budget Management:

  • Managing digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating funds across different channels and campaigns based on ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists, including content creators, social media managers, and SEO analysts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Preparing regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to communicate to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • B.Sc /HND in Marketing, Mass Communication/Information Technology
  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 3-5 years’ of experience.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ( Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
