Clean and green State!
Yeah it was dream come through indeed, but seeing the streets still flooded with dirt, everything seems so flare.
His Excellency the Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade surprisingly paid May salary to Civil servant in the State yesterday being workers day. But the question yeah is that, this salary payment, did it also affect CUDA and waste management Agency? Or its just flare of arrogance. Because, the whole city of Calabar is becoming something else. Dirty, messy and the likes.
