Deji shows off impressive body transformation as he comes in over a STONE lighter for Alex Wassabi fight than he did against Vinnie Hacker

Deji has come in over a stone lighter for his fight with Alex Wassabi than he did for his last bout against Vinnie Hacker.

The YouTuber is currently 0-2 in white collar boxing matches, having previously been stopped by Jake Paul and Hacker.

On both occasions, many questioned his dedication in training and expressed concerns over his fitness.

Last time out especially, Deji sparked concerns with his physique at the weigh-in as he came in at 183lbs (83kg).

He then suffered a shock defeat as his cardio failed him and he was ultimately overwhelmed by the underestimated Hacker.

Now though, he’s dropped over a stone and weighed in at 168.7lbs (76.5kg) ahead of his fight with Wassabi.

The difference in his physique is noticeable and fans have praised his impressive transformation.

Deji told the Mirror: “When I weighed in at 183lb [vs Hacker], I refuelled and got up to around 205lb – that wasn’t ideal.

“I’m not underestimating Alex Wassabi.

“I did that in my last two fights and I ended up losing, so I’m not going to underestimate any of his power.

“He may bring something to the table and we’re going to see on Saturday night…

“This one I’m looking to box – I want to be taken into the deep end because a lot of people say my cardio is bad.

“I want to show what I’ve been doing, I want to box and in this sport one punch can change the whole fight and I’m out here trying to impress.”

While YouTube boxing in the UK has many detractors, it’s set to be watched by a sizeable audience online.

The pair boast over 20million subscribers between them on YouTube and are headlining a UK vs USA celebrity influencer event featuring social media stars from the world of gaming as well as the reality TV scene.

It is taking place at the SSE Arena, Wembley in London and is available on a PPV stream from Showstar’s website.
