Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and create strategies to support and grow business to maximize profitability
- Manage and support all departments to reach their full potential within set operational and business plans
- Setting optimal staffing levels, maintaining, repairing and upgrading all assets
- Drive customer satisfaction and represent the organization in external relations
- Monitor financial activities and indicators
- Drafting & presenting factual reports
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (3 year) / NQF Level 7 Qualification in Management
- A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in the Commercial industry Consultative and problem-solving experience
- Proven business acumen
